What can I expect after my initial consultation? We understand that every person is different and has unique challenges. After your initial consultation we'll discuss the best course of action for you to meet your goals. We'll give you all the tools you need to be successful.
What happens after I complete my nutrition plan? After your initial nutrition plan your goals will be reassessed and together we'll decide the next course of action for you. This may include further nutrition coaching or a maintenance plan that you can complete on your own.
How is this program different than other diet plans? Our system is more than just a diet. We have unique tools put in place to remove all of your roadblocks and set you up for success.
